ANZAA Member Jin Kim packed her bags and headed straight to Far North Queensland. Her mission? To learn the real deal—those time-honoured tricks you can only pick up from an Aussie or Kiwi bakery that lives and breathes meat pies.
Now she’s back, armed with genuine know-how, fresh recipes, and plenty of passion. Two Kangaroo is serving up proper pies, sausage rolls, and ANZAC bikkies made with top-notch ingredients and a whole lot of heart.
